RE: COVID-19 Pandemic
Dear clients,
As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve day-to-day in Canada, my primary focus is the physical and psychological well-being of those I work with. That being said, I am choosing to exercise caution and effective today, Tuesday March 17th, will be shifting my counselling contact from ‘in person’ meetings to phone/telepsychology meetings (i.e., by phone, Skype etc.).
I plan to meet with people using this format until March 30, 2020. If you have an appointment scheduled with me between now and then, I will contact you at our scheduled time. Please email me to let me know what format you’d prefer and provide a phone number where I can reach you.
If you prefer to meet in person on March 30 or later, please contact me to reschedule your appointment.
Finally, a general word of caution for the betterment of your psychological health- strive to contain your social media and general media consumption. Use only trusted information sources (listed below).
